I know, it's Wednesday and I'm just now getting my menu out. Honest, we have been eating!
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Elk burgers, fried potatoes and applesauce
Wednesday: Ham steak, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, pears
Thursday: Tilapia, Asian Garlic pasta, brocolli
Friday: Grilled Chicken breast, mushroom sauce over noodles, green beans,
one word...yum! :)
