Sometimes I amaze even myself when I decide to invent some new recipe.
Planned on grilling some elk burgers for lunch today but didn't want the same old burger. Looking around the kitchen gave me a light bulb moment. Here is what I came up with:
Elk burger
Chopped onions
Crushed Honey Chex Mix
Maple syrup
Mixed it all together and cooked on the grill. MmmMmmMmmm
